Download speeds can vary with Internet traffic, remote peers, your network configuration, the use of wireless equipment and other factors. After the promotional period, the standard rate will apply. Wi-Fi hotspots are free to access for Cogeco High Speed Internet subscribers and via pay-per-use for non-Cogeco subscribers. The usage cost for non-Cogeco subscribers is $5 for 2 hours. The Express 6 package offer from Cogeco High Speed Internet includes a promotional monthly credit of $15.00 for the first 12 months. After the promotional period of 12 months, the then current standard rate will apply. To qualify for this offer on Express 6 package, you must subscribe to 3 service(s), including Cogeco Digital Cable TV and Cogeco Residential Phone. When the customer does not subscribe to other Cogeco services, the current price is $42.95 /month. The High Speed Internet Express 6 Package offers a data transfer capacity of 35 GB per month. Additional usage fee for Internet usage is $1.50/additional GB, up to $50 per month.

Cogeco Home Phone is a residential service and must only be used for residential purposes. A 12 month subscription is required. The minutes included in each long distance plan offered are calculated on a calendar month basis. If the number of minutes included in the chosen long distance plan is reached within a given month, the additional minutes will be charged in extra at the then current rate, per minute per country, applicable for the remaining of the month. International Long distance plans are conditional to a subscription to one of our Home Phone packages.
